list List the VVol StorageContainers currently known to the ESX host.abandonedvvol – VM 전원 끄기 작업 중 스왑 vVol을 삭제하지 못한 경우 특정 경로로 간주되는 이벤트 삭제 실패가 발생할 때마다 vVol이 배치되는 상태를 말한다. 이러한 동작은 일반적으로 벤더/VASA 제공자와 통신 문제가 있을 때 발생한다.
이 시나리오에서 시스템은 VM 전원 끄기 작업에 실패하는 대신 VM당 네임스페이스로 해당 vVol을 폐기 VVols 추적 파일에 기록하여 나중에 벤더/VASA 제공자가 온라인 상태가 되면 삭제할 수 있도록 한다. 주기적인 실이 그러한 버려진 VVolls를 삭제하려고 시도한다.
scan option – 이 옵션을 사용하면 각 vVol 데이터스토어의 백그라운드 검색을 시작하여 버려진 vVol을 검색할 수 있다. 작업은 모든 Config-VVols를 검토하여 버려진 VVols 추적 파일을 찾아 삭제하려고 시도한다.
스캔이 성공적으로 시작되었다고 해서 작전이 성공했는지 실패했는지는 알 수 없다. 오래된 vVol을 수집하는 가비지 수집과 같은 중요하지 않은 작업에 대해 벤더/VASA 공급자에게 로드를 주지 않기 위해 모든 config-VVolls를 한 번에 검색하지 않기 때문에 이 작업은 완료하는 데 오랜 시간이 걸릴 수 있는 장기 실행 작업이다.

네임스페이스의 daemon – 특정 ESX 호스트에 알려진 모든 벤더/VASA 프로바이더에서 바인딩 해제 가상 볼륨 작업을 수행하는 데 사용된다.
